About Tokyo AI Dad
Using AI to redesign life, work, and long-term compounding.
Who I Am
Hi, I'm Tokyo AI Dad — a Tokyo-based dad in my 40s and a hands-on practitioner of AI in real life.
This site is where I document how I bring AI into my work, learning, and family life.
What I Do
Professionally, I focus on enterprise AI Agent work, GenAI adoption, product/program leadership, robotics and automation delivery, and Japan-US-China cross-border execution.
The professional side of this site documents how I think about AI Agent productization, PoC design, governance, security, evaluation, and enterprise rollout. The goal is not to showcase toy demos, but to show how AI can fit into real workflows inside complex organizations.
Real delivery patterns are abstracted into public-safe case studies and static demos; I do not show employers, customers, internal systems, real data, or production prompts.
One part of this is AI-powered investment research — reading financial reports, following official news, and breaking down business models to truly understand, or at least better understand, a company.
Another part is experimenting with AI for learning and work efficiency — using more systematic methods to learn new things, organize information, and reduce repetitive low-value work.
At the same time, I’m also trying to build very small family and parenting tools with AI that I hope can be useful in some modest way.
A Long-Term Experiment
I’ve set a long-term marker for myself: growing my assets 10x over 10 years.
It is not simply a “make money fast” goal, but a long-term experiment — using AI, long-term thinking, and systems thinking to gradually buy back my time, so I can spend more of it on my family and on things worth doing for 10 years or more.
